  • Instructions for Revising a Document
    1. Send the new document and specify which Document Number it is a revision for.
    2. The revised document will receive a new Document Number (similiar to the old one) (eg JPSCSA0001 to JPSCSA1001).
    3. The revised document will receive a new Posting Date & Time (the current date & time).
    4. The revised document Posting Stamp will refer to the old Document Number.
    5. Unless specifically requested, your old document posting will be removed from your posting page.
  • Instructions for Replacing a Document
    1. Send the new document and specify which Document Number you wish to replace.
    2. The new document will be processed as a new document and the old document will be removed permanently.
  • Instructions for Removing a Document
    1. Send an email request specifying which document (Title & Number) you wish to have removed.
    2. The requested document will be removed within 24-hours (usually sooner).
    3. Your account will be credited for the number of documents you remove.
