All documents will be posted in the order they are received. Documents submitted electronicly, via the website or email, are processed
entirely electronicly. Documents submitted via fax will be scanned and then processed electronicly. Documents received via mail will be scanned and then processed electronicly. The following time-frames are advisory only and do not imply any

by website or email are usually posted within 48-hours, but may take up to 72-hours;

by fax are usually posted within 72-hours;

by mail are usually posted within 10 days of receipt.
Upon receipt, your document(s) are given a Document Title (unless already specified) and a unique Document Number. If in a format other than PDF, your document(s) is then converted. A header containing
the Document Number, Page # of #, and the Current Date is put on the top center of each page. If required, the document is reduced proportionately to ensure no text is overwritten.

The document then receives a GetNotice.Info Posting Stamp containg the Posting Date, Posting Time (Mountain Time Zone), Document Number, Number of Pages and the Posting
URL. The Posting Stamp will be located near the top-right corner of the first page. Your documents then go through a series of format conversions and flatteners to prevent any third-party alterations. All documents are processed "as-is" and
are not altered in any way. Once the processing procedure is complete, your documents will be accessbile in both PDF1 and HTML formats2.
